7 Central condos is a new three-tower, high-rise condo development in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre by Graywood Developments and Phantom Developments, located just steps away from the TTC subway.
The development will include three residential towers built in three phases. Phase one will be the 55-storey west tower, containing 718 residential units, and over 18,000 sq. ft. of amenities. The next phase will be the east tower, which will have 46 storeys, 602 residential units, over 19,000 sq. ft. of amenities, and will be connected to the west tower by a five storey podium. The connecting podium level will face onto Highway 7 and contain over 8,700 sq. ft. of retail space.
The final phase of the development at 7 Central condos will be the south tower. this final tower will have 40 storeys, 517 residential units, and almost 360,000 sq. ft. of office space. This tower will be joined to the rest of the development by a second floor walkway which connects to the west tower. The south tower will have approximately 5300 sq. ft. of indoor amenities and around 2,500 sq. ft. of outdoor amenities.
There will be three underground levels of parking at 7 Central Condos, with 752 spaces available. These will be shared among the three towers and it means that spaces will likely be limited to buyers of certain larger units. There will also be a total of 132 short term and 933 long term bicycle parking spaces for the benefit of residents.
